Electronic Downloads
Product delivered as an electric download from the internet has been check prior to upload with an anti-virus program.
After purchase is approved, buyer will have a window of opportunity to download their purchase. Buyer can save the download
to their hard drive and/or MP3 device (in the case of music). We suggest renaming the file to better identify it. Please
continue to support our efforts by not pirating our software or music.
ETA and Shipping Time
Delivery time is based on: a) time required to process the order (which includes clearing of USD funds) and b) time
used by carrier to deliver the package.
Non-Delivered Orders
Should a package be refused or returned to us unopened, the customer shall be
charged a restocking fee of 15% of the order amount and/ or pay shipping cost to
re-ship the order.
Backorders
We strive for a 100% in stock inventory, but occasionally we may temporarily be
out of an item. Backorders will be shipped within the time noted on your
invoice.
Freight Damage
Every effort has been made to ensure that your order will arrive safely after it
leaves us. Please check your shipment thoroughly upon receipt for any damage.
Any visual carton damage or breakage observed must be noted on the delivery
receipt as "Damaged Package(s)" before signing. Make all claims directly with
the carrier. For freight truck deliveries, ask the driver for an "exception
number" prior to his departure. We will make sure all damaged articles are
replaced in an expedient manner. Failure to make a claim within 24 hours of
receipt with carrier will result in denial of claim.

Laws regarding the sale of certain items in this catalog may vary from state to
state. It is solely the responsibility of the purchaser to be aware of and to
conform to your local and state laws. The person placing an order from this
catalog warrants that he or she is a legal adult and is under no legal
disabilities which would prohibit such a person from ordering, owning, or
possessing these items under state, federal or local laws.
Catalog/Website Errors
We do our best to make sure that the photos, descriptive copy, and prices are
correct, but…sometimes, despite our best efforts, we goof. In the event that
does happen, we reserve the right to charge the correct price, ship the correct
item, or correct the mistake. We will immediately notify you if any such
correction is necessary and we'll honestly and sincerely say "We're Sorry".
