You are responsible to pay the
shipping and handling charges for all products purchased from Woobie Bear Music (WBM) Store.
You are responsible for these charges for shipments that are
refused or returned for any reason. We are not responsible for incidental or
consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping
your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement
cost of any item you purchase from us.
How do I get a product refund?
You have 20 days from the ship date to receive refunds. You must
email the refund request to
woobiebearmusic@adelphia.net at which time the RA#
with return instructions will be sent to you. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned.
If you received a different product then initially purchased, the item must
be returned with the following:
All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).
Original packaging.
Original invoice or receipt.
Once you receive the return authorization information you can return the
product according to the return information for a full refund less a 15% to 30%
restocking fee.
Note: Most high ticketed items do not qualify for the standard return policy,
because the manufacturer will only resolve any issues with the product holder.
Customers with the actual products must contact the Manufacturer directly for
any defectiveness or warranty information.
The above policies do not apply to downloaded materials, which are not returnable
or refundable. Corrupted master files will be replaced if the file is found to be corrupted on our server.
